Looked at this earlier today and the main reason Im backing it is because George Baker is on board. This horse needs to be switched off in the early stages and Im sure George can do this, he works wonders with these types. The horse looks a winner waiting to happen. 4 runs back , just watched this run, was dying for a gap and ran on very strongly in the final furlong, that was over 6f. That was at Chepstow and then they sent it back to chepstow again to be ridden by a poor amatuer and by a different trainer. After that race the horse was claimed back by Evans and was sent to kempton for a spin, and was ridden perfectly by Catherine Gannon over a mile, Getting weak in the final furlong. After that run the horse was sent to Brighton over a mile again, weakening again in the final furlong. The horses last win was over 7f at Wolverhampton, now tries Kempton and 7f for the first time in a while, and last time at kempton ran very promisingly indeed, the drop back to 7f should aid its chances and George Baker is a very positive jockey booking. Is off a very competative mark too.

I backed that Josiah Bartlett early on at 8/1 each way but it had been backed from about 12's or 14's, the horse was backed heavy last time and did nothing. Just cannot work that one out!
