1.40 - Cootehill drops back in trip for this 2m 1f maiden hurdle as he didn't seem to quite get home over 5f further last time. However, he has won an Irish point over 3m on heavy ground, so his future could well be back over longer trips. He is improving with experience and should run a good race today. Each way prospects. 3.10 - Duckworth Lewis was pulled up on his chasing debut a couple of weeks back and goes back to try 2m today. Has shown signs of ability but is probably best watched at present. Paddy aboard.
4.10 - We run two in the bumper, Ere Alfie (David England) and Over The Hill (Paddy Brennan). We normally do well in these type of races and both should run well today with each way chances, but slight preference goes to Over The Hill.
