Kempton 3.50: everything points to Bab Al Salaam and 15/8 with Victor Chandler (best odds guaranteed) looks decent value.

If he's beaten, it would be a surprise if it was by anything other than Mafeking (7/2 with Sporting Bet) so a dutch-style bet looks like a good idea.

I'd expect Bab Al Salaam to drift and Mafeking to contract before the off, so early investment might be wise.

Something along the lines of "£6 win Bab al Salaam @ 15/8, and £4 win Mafeking @ 7/2" looks a fair bet.

Backed Bab Al Salaam @ 7/4 myself and cant see anything beating it.

Bad run lto in what looks a more competitive race.

A few winners and good finishes from the runners in behind Bab Al Salaam from his previous wins and in looks decent bet in what looks an easier race than last time.

On any normal day, I'd make Bab al Salaam a banker bet but there have been so many dodgy results recently, I'd advise caution before getting heavily involved with anything at the moment.

Looks like they have a few this year (Esp like Zeitoper & Buzzword), and some nice sorts from last year.

Bab Al Salaam wins convincingly.

Mind you, when it's a 2-horse race and one of the runners pulls up, the rest of the race usually is a formality. Thumbs Up
