ROYAL HUNT CUP (HERITAGE HANDICAP) (CLASS 2) (3yo+) 1m

PLEASE POST YOUR SELECTION BELOW

1. HORSE SELECTION
Select ONE horse from the Ascot 4.20.

A player can choose the favourite by simply posting FAVOURITE (if JF's the horse with the lowest racecard number will be the selection).

2. NAP SELECTIONS
A player can NAP a maximum of 4 selections in the 30 FEATURED RACES.

Please post NAP alongside the selection in the OFFICIAL RACE THREAD.

3. CHANGING SELECTIONS & EDITING POSTS
A player CAN edit entries to change selections, replace NON RUNNERS or to add a NAP.

Please note that if the edit time is after the entry deadline the post is void and the player will score 0 points for the race.

4. POSTS WITH NON-RUNNERS
If an entry contains a NR, it will be replaced with the FAVOURITE, or if JF's the horse with the lowest racecard number. If a NAP becomes a non-runner, then the alternative selection becomes the NAP.

5. ENTRY DEADLINE
The entry deadline for R11 is 2.00pm on Wednesday June 17.

If an entry is posted after the entry deadline it will be void and a default entry given to that player (see 6).

A player can EDIT their selections but the time of the edit must not be later than the entry deadline.

Any entry with an edit time after the deadline will score 0 points.

6. DEFAULT ENTRY
If no entry is received a player will be given the FAVOURITE, or if JF's the horse with the lowest racecard number.

NOTE - A maximum of 4 default entries is permitted per player.

7. SCORING

RACE SCORING

1st - 100 pts
2nd - 50 pts (Minimum 5 Runners)
3rd - 30 pts (Minimum 8 Runners)
4th - 20 pts (Minimum 16 Runners)
5th - 10 pts (Minimum 20 Runners)

NB. a DEAD HEAT 1st would score (100+50)/2 = 75pts

WIN BONUS POINTS (based on SP)

20 pts = 5/1+
30 pts = 10/1+
40 pts = 20/1+
50 pts = 30/1+

NAP selections score double points eg. a 10/1 winning NAP scores (100+30)x2 = 260 pts

8. ABANDONMENT
If a race is officially abandoned no alternative race will be added to the schedule. If less than 15 races are completed the competition will be declared VOID and and entry fees refunded.

9. COMPETITION WINNER
After 30 races the player with the most points WINS !

10. TIE BREAKER
If one or more players are tied for a prize winning position, the following criteria are applied in order:

(a) Most winning NAP's
(b) most winners from the 30 races
(c) most scoring races wins
(d) player posting first on the final race

11. PRIZES

1st - £100 FREE BET + £50 CASH
2nd - £50 FREE BET + £25 CASH
3rd - £25 FREE BET + £10 CASH
4th - £10 CASH

TOTESPORT TEN - £25 FREE BET
(top score on the ten totesport sponsored races only)

HIGHEST SP WINNER - £25 CASH

i wasn't sure if it was 4 or 5 as i'v been a bit out of it lately

You get a max of 4 defaults (the fav) when you dont post.

As long as you post a selection you will get a default if its a NR.
