COMPETITION RULES

1. HORSE SELECTION
Select ONE horse per race and NAP (best bet) one horse. Please post the name and cloth number of the horse for easier scoring (NB - entries must be split).

Players cannot post an entry for another player.

2. CHANGING SELECTIONS & EDITING POSTS
A player CAN edit entries to change selections, replace SCRATCHED RUNNERS or to add a NAP, but the edit time must not be after the entry deadline.

3. ENTRY DEADLINE
Posts must be made before the first TTC race (see POST TIME above).

Please note that if the entry time is after the first TTC race (see POST TIME above), the entry is void and the player will score 0 points for the TTC.

4. TIE BREAKER
In the event of a tie for a prize winning position the following criteria operate in order:

(a) Highest odds for winning NAP
(b) Highest odds for any winner
(c) First posted entry (message board time)

5. SCORING

RACE SCORING

WIN - 40 pts
PLACE - 20 pts
SHOW - 10 pts

PLAYER TTC SCORING

1st - 40 pts
2nd - 20 pts
3rd - 10 pts

NAP scores DOUBLE POINTS

BONUS POINTS

$10.00+ WINNER - 10 pts
$10.00+ NAP - 20 pts
$20.00+ WINNER - 20 pts
$20.00+ NAP - 40 pts

MONTHLY BONUS POINTS

TOP SCORE - 40 pts

NOTE - On Saturday we will play Santa Anita R2-9 for the Stateside TTC monthly contest.

For those also involved in The Rider Cup, the deadline for Rider Cup entries will be 30 min before R2, but the deadline for the Stateside TTC will be post time. So those players who want to play their Rider Cup picks in the Stateside TTC but do not want to reveal them to their opponents can now play both contests.
